Randy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M University - Commerce).  With over 29 years experience in the commercial construction industry in East Texas, Randy has built a solid reputation for quality, integrity and professionalism.

 
Karen Garrett, CEO⁄Secretary⁄Treasurer

Karen has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Texas at Tyler.  She has worked in business and corporate environments for over twenty years.

 
Wes McClure, Project Manager

Wes has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas.  He has worked as a project manager for over 6 years and has managed a variety of projects in both the public and private sector.

 
Joey Garrett, Project Manager

Joey has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma. He joins our team after 20 years in the United States Marine Corps where he served in a variety of management and leadership roles.

 

Jason Morris, Project Manager

Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Prior to his joining the Company, he served in the United States Marine Corps and worked in construction and accounting.

 
Tina Garrett, Office Assistant

Tina is a Certified Paralegal and has worked in legal and business environments for over 18 years.
