Construction Management provides you a single point of responsibility for construction while providing consultation and construction expertise during the design of the project.  As your Construction Manager, our role is to provide construction knowledge and experience, to ensure satisfactory performance of subcontractors and vendors and predictability of cost and schedule.  With this delivery method, the Architect is hired by the Owner.

All the advantages of Construction Management except the Architect is hired by and works directly for the Contractor.

This more traditional delivery method is most often used when plans and specifications are completed and the Owner is soliciting competitive bids from general contractors.  Garrett & Associates welcomes the opportunity to offer competitive bids on any project.
